The ambiance and scenery of the B&B is an unforgettable setting for one of the most memorable events of your life. The giant apple trees and the colorful gardens provide a perfect backdrop for both ceremony and celebration. The Inn's private bedrooms & suite await your family and friends on this special day.

The themes and options are extensive from a casual picnic, a country barn dance or a formal reception, Rainer's Gourmet Inc. Catering provides full event planning, extensive food & beverage service from 20- 500. As you can see it's all up to you.

  • COST:

Each celebration is unique and the use of the facilities varies.  The cost of a ceremony at B&B is based upon your use of the property and the accommodations Package you may have chosen.

Ceremony & Celebrations will carry a facilities charge that is seasonally based. The Catering/Sales Department of RGI INC. will be glad to review these costs with you.

WEDDING SPECIAL

The facilities charge will provide you with the use of the Inn's space. RGI Inc. Catering will work with you to coordinate food and beverage services plus assist you with florists, musicians, photographers and other resources that you may require. Unless you and your guests are renting the entire Inn only registered guests are permitted use of the Inn's facilities.

  1. Outdoor Wedding Ceremony with full use of interior of B&B Inn, patio, porch and side gardens.
    (requires full Inn overnight rental & ceremony fee*)
     
  2. Outdoor Wedding Ceremony with use of the kitchen area, dinning room, living room, patio, porches & side gardens only! (requires suite rental & ceremony fee*)
     
  3. Outdoor Wedding Ceremony with use of the patio, porches & side gardens only!
     (requires a ceremony fee but does not  require overnight room rental)
     
  4. Rehearsal Dinner buffet with use of the dinning room, living room, patio & side gardens.
    (requires full Inn overnight rental or usage rental fee)
     
  5. Bridal Shower with use of the dinning room, living room, patio & side gardens.
    (requires full Inn overnight rental or facility usage fee)
     
  6.  Wedding Receptions with full use of the barn, patios & hospitality suite!
  7. (requires facility usage fee)
     
  8. Wedding Receptions Tented with full use of the Gardens & patios Only!
    (requires facility usage fee)
     

* Ceremony Fee includes 30 white chairs, 8 stanchions with white  toule  and set-up

  • RESERVATIONS

Reservations should be made in advance particularly if you require that the Inn be closed exclusively for your event. A deposit of 25% of the overnight rate will be required. This deposit is refundable with a 90 day notice should you find it necessary to cancel the Inn's .

All Reservations for Barn Events, Outdoor Events, Ceremonies etc. must be made with RGI INC. Catering and require an Appropriate Reservation Deposit.  All reservations are subject to availability
