• All rates are for two people in our standard rooms and up to 4 people in the Country Suite. Additional people in rooms are available for $      per night, space permitting.
• The B&B Inn is a NON SMOKING facility. Smoking is allowed on porch and in garden areas. Please understand that should you smoke within your room you will be subject to a $75 cleaning fee.
• We welcome your “outside” guests for breakfast. A minor charge will be made based upon the number in attendance.
• Check-in 3:00pm. Check-out 11:00am. Should you arrive early we will be happy to store your luggage until check-in if your room is not yet ready.
• Pets: Although we are a pet friendly facility, and we require prior notice. and permission will be given at our discretion!
• Children: The B&B is an family oriented facility.

DEPOSIT: We require a deposit to confirm all reservations. The deposit is one night's charge at the time of making the reservation.

CANCELLATION: If 14 days prior to your arrival date you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a new date. If your cancellation is within 14 days, we will do our best to fill your room, and only if successful, your account will be credited.
