Please Note! Host provided bars are not permitted at RGI and most rental Locations
(check your rental contract!)

If you opt for a Host provided bar, the following applies!

  1. Host must have permission from property owner (if you are not the owner) to serve alcoholic beverages at the event location!

  2. Host must provide all alcoholic beverages including champagne toasts etc.

  3. Host is responsible for any required NY State Licensing and assumes all liability for alcohol service!

  4. Host must provide own Liability Insurance and follow all NY State Liquor Laws

  5. RGI Liquor License or Liquor Liability Insurance do not apply and Host indemnifies RGI INC. and all its employees from any liability or responsibility!

Bar Set-ups / Locations:

  • We will include with every bar set up package.
    • one single bar set up for up to 100 guests
    • or a double bar set-up or two locations for up to 200 guests  Additional bar set-ups (locations) require additional rental tables, linens, equipment etc.
  • Each additional bar location requires an additional charge.  Bar locations must be within 50' of truck /van loading (unloading) area or additional labor charges may apply.

Host Must Provide:

  1. All Alcoholic beverages for bars and /or dinner service.
  2. All items must be chilled and placed within 25' of the service area or a $100.00 charge will be applied

We Will Provide Upon Request:

  1. Bartender's) for up to 5 hours service.

  2. A bar set up with a choice of

    1. All clear plastic cups

    2.  All glassware

  3. Skirted bar tables and linens

  4. All bar set-ups, sodas, juices, mixers
    Ice, fruits and condiments required for your 5 hour event.

Bar Staffing PARAMETERS:

Minimum of One Bartender per 75-100 guests unless multiple service locations are required.
