• Tents, Tables, Chairs, Dance Floor, Lighting Etc.
  we work with a variety of professional contractors to arrange the appropriate services/rentals needed for your event
  our event planner will assist you in determining the exact requirements based the circumstances and location of your event
  a site inspection of the site is provided by our event planner once a reservation and booking deposit has been received

• Site Rental
  we cater at any rental facilities and venues and we are familiar with the parameters and requirements of most venues, we usually perform a site inspection to confirm any information required for planning your event!
  host is responsible for contracting most rental facilities directly
  host is responsible for any rental cost as well as any fees some venues add to the catering bill (check in your rental contract)

• Power Requirements
  we review the power requirements based on the circumstances and location of your event
  we arrange the appropriate services/rentals if needed i.e. generators. sub panel etc.

• Bathroom Requirements
  we review the facility requirements based on the circumstances and location of your event, we arrange the appropriate services/rentals if needed i.e. porto lets, bathroom trailers etc.

• Work Area Requirements
  a discrete and enclosed staging, service, storage work area is usually required for most catered events, if such an area is not conveniently located near your event area we will make arrangements for a work tent appropriate for the service4s required!
