applicable to events with Host Provided alcoholic Bar Services

HOST PROVIDED BARS:

You must be the property owner or have written permission from the property owner to serve alcohol legally. You assume responsibility to obtain all licensing and insurance for the service of alcohol. The alcoholic beverages must be complimentary to your guests and can not be sold or charged for. You as host will be liable to meet all permit and insurance requirements. RGI Liquor License or Liquor Liability Insurance will not apply!

Please Note: Host provided bars are not permitted on our licensed premises or event venues.

RGI can provide the staffing, glassware, ice, mixers and serving equipment for you as needed for your bar.

Please Note:For events where the host provides alcoholic beverages for service, all items must be chilled and placed within 25' of the service area or a $100.00 charge will be applied to the bill.

SITE PROVIDED BARS:

Facilities/rental locations that provide alcohol service, are liable to meet all permit and insurance requirements. They must also provide all products, equipment & staffing necessary!

BARTENDER FEE: (Catered)

If you require a Bartender, $125 Bartender Fee per bartender will be charged

ALCOHOL SERVING POLICY:

Rainer's Gourmet Inc. employs bartenders & staff that are TIPS trained and will strictly adhere to NY State ABC Laws. We reserve the right to make decisions on whether or not to continue serving a guest at one of our events. All guests who appear to be under the age of 25 will be asked for ID to confirm that they are of the legal drinking age.
