Yes generally all dishes will grilled and served at the location!
If you choose a Drop-off style service all items will be delivered ready to eat.
If you choose a DIY package all items will be seasoned, portioned and ready to cook. All cold selections wil be ready to eat

generally we tray up on, lexan, stainless or china for serviced events.
For Drop-off or DIY packages all items will be provided in disposable foil pans.

All orders require a minimum of 36 hours notice and must be confirmed by our catering department! If you are calling with a last minute request. We will do our best accommodate and services will be subject to availability!

Our Menus and packages include the appropriate quantities for the # of guest requested. For DIY or custom orders please ask for our BBQ Catering Guide. Our event planners will assist you with creating the perfect menu.

Yes we provide serving equipment and grills, for serviced events, we bring the equipment needed for your menu.

Yes, we incorporate the service and culinary staff needed. The Service charge will be based on distance to the location, set up & staffing needs.

We can add service staff as needed. The Service charge will be based on the number of personel added.
