• Open House Style
  the event is scheduled for a fixed time frame (i.e. 2-3 or 4 hours), guests are invited to arrive at any time.
  All food is available through out the entire time and ideally is prepared to order or replenished frequently to offer the the best experience to all guests.
• Fixed Agenda Style
  the event is scheduled for all or most of the guests to be present at the same time, and there is a fixed time for the food service.
  All food is ready at pre scheduled times and all guests partake at the same time, i.e. hors doeuvres 60 -90 minutes then buffet or bbq etc.
