What is included in a package?

What is an Ala Carte Package?
You can combine any number of stationary display's with your choice of hors d'oeuvres to create a custom menu or package.
Is there a minimum?
There is a minimum number of quests required for a package price to apply, for smaller groups a minimum expenditure is required. We service events of all sizes.

How much food do I need?
For our inclusive packages, quantities are determined by our culinary staff, based on the details of your event and everything is served or replenished for the amount of time indicated
For a custom menu we will assist you with the planning, taking into consideration the number of Guests attending and your entertaining needs.
When serving Stationary Displays only, you should figure 3-4 selections total
When serving Displays plus Hors d'oeuvres either stationary or butlered, you should figure 2-3 Displays plus 3-6 hors d'oeuvre pieces per guests

What is butlered service?
Either beverages or hors d'oeuvres are prepared on trays and passed among your guests by our service staff. This style of service adds a level of elegance and convenience for your guests.

What are stationary displays?
Platters, trays and chafing dishes are artfully displayed on self service tables or stations. We include the approriate accompaniments, garnishes and condiments etc..

What are mingling stations?
Stations add an interactive component to your event offering individualized service, unique presentations and substance with flair.
We offer both chef attended and self service style stations.
