Buffet Service Options

It's all about, choice, variety and easy planning. We offer endless varieties of buffet menus, from "pre-set packages" to "choice buffets" designed to be customize by you. Your guests will be delighted with our culinary creations and presentation.

What is included in a package? All our menus are balanced to includes at least two protein options, starch, vegetables, salads and accompaniments. Creat a personalized menu by choosing from our endless salad, sides, entree and stationed selections gives you limitless options. Is there a minimum? There is a minimum number of quests required for a package price to apply, for smaller groups a minimum expenditure is required. We service events of all sizes.

How much food do I need? With all our menus, quantities are determined by our culinary staff based on the number of guests expected, Everything is seved and replenished for the amount of time indicated. Guests are encouraged to enjoy second helpings if desired! All our dishes are prepared in appropriate portion sizes to encourage your guest to enjoy all items featured.

Does anyone have dietary restricions or allergies? We feature many vegetarian and gluten free options on our menus. We prepare all our dishes from scratch. This gives us the ability to accomodate special request or make adjustments to many of our recipes based on your dietary needs. Please contact our catering department to discuss any special requests for you or your guests.

What are carving features? Some of our buffet menus feature a carving station. Our Chef carves to order your selections of roasts. We include the approriate accompaniments, garnishes and condiments etc.. We also offer add on carving options which can enhance any buffet menu. Featuring "Standard", "Deluxe" or "Premium" carving selections.

What are Add-on stations? Many enhancement Stations add an interactive or unique component to your menu, offering culinary delights customized and prepared to order. We offer both chef attended and self service style stations.

FAQ

individual interactive food service locations serving various culinary selections. They include themed, dinner and sampling style foods. We offer self service style and chef attended versions with everything being prepared to order

as a party add on, most stations can be utilized as single feature. Our Dinner Stations are ideal for main course options. If you are planning a station reception menu we recommend a minimum of three Stations to offer variety and diversity.

for most events we provide services at each station for up to two hours or until your agenda moves to the next phase of service.

Every station is different and we adjust the presentation-service style to the particulars of your event and agenda. Option "A" all guest will eat at once and will move from station to station in a sequence as a main course and pre-set agenda. Option "B" all stations are disbursed and guests are encouraged to sample at the individual stations at their own leisure

The appropriate service ware & dishes will be available at all Stations. Depending on the particulars of your event, we will have smaller sampling size or full dinner size dish wares available. We offer both disposable and china options

Bar Service Options

Our flexible "Cash Bar", "Open Bar", "Tab Bar" or "Pre-Paid Bar" packages will address every budget and entertaining need. Open Bar Packages are available in 1, 2, 3 and 5 hour increments. We also offer Themed Wine and Bar Stations, Fountains, Ice Bars and Ice Luges

What are staffing options? We will provide all the Bartenders as required for your event based on the number of guests and the bar services required!

Set ups and service Style options include Fountain Style-tierd flowing fountain.... Ideal for wine punch, whiskey sour, etc. Urn Style-tall, clear glass urns.... Ideal for sangria, signature drinks, hard lemonade etc. Ice Luge -drinks mixed to order and chillied via luge.... Ideal for martinis, cosmos and signature cocktails etc.
