What is BBQ Catering?
We provide Gourmet Grilling and BBQ entertaining at your location of choice. Convenient, complete and we do all the work.
Is Everything cooked on site?
Generally Yes, all dishes will grilled and served at the location! this will be determined by the menu you select and the parameters of your event.
How is the food displayed?
we tray up on, lexan, stainless or china displays based on the parameters and theme of your event.
What about Service Wares?
Please check out our catering set-ups, we have a variety of disposable ware offerings. We also offer enamelware and china, we will bring the appropriate supplies for your menu and group size!
Do you provide the Grill & Serving Equipment?
Yes we provide serving equipment and grills, for serviced events, we bring everything needed.
How much food do I need?
Most menus are priced per guests and include the appropriate quntities for the number of guests you are entertaining. Please ask our event planner to assist you with creating a custom menu
How do I reserve a date?
To place a event reservation for, please call the Sales Office Our full service teams are available on a first come, first serve policy and our DIY or Drop-off options are based on an available time slot.
When do I need place my order?
All orders require a minimum of 36 hours notice and must be confirmed by our catering department! If you are calling with a last minute request. we will do our best accommodate and services will be subject to availability
How much food do I need?
Is there a service fee?
Yes, there is a service charge based on your event details. We incorporate the service and culinary staff needed. The Service charge will be based on distance to the location, set-up and staffing needs.
What if I need tents or rentals?
We can provide all your tents, tables, chairs and party rentals as needed. These services will be billed seperately.

With all our menus, quantities are determined by our culinary staff based on the number of guests expected, Everything is seved and replenished for the amount of time indicated. Guests are encouraged to enjoy second helpings if desired!
All our dishes are prepared in appropriate portion sizes to encourage your guest to enjoy all items featured.
Does anyone have dietary restricions or allergies?
We feature many vegetarian and gluten free options on our menus.
We prepare all our dishes from scratch. This gives us the ability to accomodate special request or make adjustments to many of our recipes based on your dietary needs.

What are carving features?
Some of our buffet menus feature a carving station. Our Chef carves to order your selections of roasts. We include the approriate accompaniments, garnishes and condiments etc..
We also offer add on carving options which can enhance any buffet menu. Featuring "Standard", "Deluxe" or "Premium" carving selections.
What are Add-on stations?
Many enhancement Stations add an interactive or unique component to your menu, offering culinary delights customized and prepared to order.
We offer both chef attended and self service style stations.

When serving Stationary Displays only, you should figure 3-4 selections total
When serving Displays plus Hors d'oeuvres either stationary or butlered, you should figure 2-3 Displays plus 3-6 hors d'oeuvre pieces per guests

as a party add on, most stations can be utilized as single feature. Our Dinner Stations are ideal for main course options. If you are planning a station reception menu we recommend a minimum of three Stations to offer variety and diversity.
for most events we provide services at each station for up to two hours or until your agenda moves to the next phase of service.
Every station is different and we adjust the presentation-service style to the particulars of your event and agenda.
Option "A" all guest will eat at once and will move from station to station in a sequence as a main course and pre-set agenda.
Option "B" all stations are disbursed and guests are encouraged to sample at the individual stations at their own leisure
